Gray, R., Hemminger, T., and Fisher, K., established a radar surveillance center at Presque Isle State Park, Erie, PA, which can assist in monitoring vessel traffic and the United States Coast Guard search and rescue operations. Demonstrated in summer/fall 2005 with vessels provided by the United States Coast Guard, Presque Isle Station, PA, 2005.
