Sharon is a staff assistant/receptionist in the School of Engineering at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. She graduated from Harborcreek High School. Sharon completed 30 college credits in the area of Business Office Technology at Mercyhurst College Career Institute. Prior to her employment at Penn State Behrend Sharon worked in secretarial positions for a total of eleven years. Sharon was hired by the Plastics Technology Center at Penn State Behrend in 1990. Her position has evolved and been consolidated into the School's engineering staff in the years since.
Sharon's job responsibilities include:
Serving as the School's receptionist
Supports faculty travel
Scheduling requests for conference rooms
Coordinates SRTE administration
Coordinates the ordering, verification and delivery of supplies senior design projects
