The Research and Economic Development Center (REDC) is a $30 million 160,000 square-foot building that combines the physical and intellectual resources of its two professional schools, the School of Engineering and the Sam and Irene Black School of Business. This is the first co-location of engineering and business schools in the United States. Integrating the efforts of the Black School of Business and the School of Engineering provides unique multi-disciplinary learning opportunities and enables Penn State Behrend graduates to operate more successfully within business enterprises and high-tech environments. This tour guides you through the facilities housed in the REDC.
