Coach USA Guidelines

These rules and regulations have come directly from the Coach USA contract. Please contact their staff if you should have any questions.

QUOTES: Quotes are only good for thirty days from date of request. To request a quote, please visit http://www.CoachUSA.com.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: A $150 per bus deposit is due within ten days of booking unless other arrangements have been made.

FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is due four weeks prior to your departure date to our office. We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard for deposits and final payments. We must have a signed authorization to process any credit card. Upon request, a copy can be faxed to you.

CANCELLATION: A full refund will be made if bus is canceled no later than four weeks before trip's departure. Any coach canceled after this time will result in forfeiture of the $150 deposit per bus that is canceled.

PRIVATE DRIVER'S ROOM: Provided by group or Coach Erie. Each driver must be provided with his/her own private hotel room.

PARKING: Group is responsible for all parking/permit costs for bus.

REQUESTS: Please submit all driver requests in writing no later than three weeks prior to departure.
