Admissions and Financial Aid Staff and their families gather with alumni who worked as tour guides and for admissions and financial aid at a breakfast in the Clark Cafe in the REDC.     Sir Frank Juhasz stands proudly next to his 1956 Bentley Empress. His award-winning, quite unique car also took home first place at Behrend’s Car Show.     Behrend’s Car Show, sponsored by the Behrend Alumni Society, had a variety of cars from classics to street rods exhibited by Erie car enthusiasts and alumni. Everyone came out with hopes for the gold, but also wanted to check out the competition.     As in life, the show was not just about the shiny paint, but also about what was under the hood.     Saturday afternoon was full of fun activities for alumni and their families. The inflatable obstacle course allowed children and adults to race through the barriers trying to not get stuck and win the race.     Mark Sandstrom '92, Sonia Rosales '11, Jason Bishop, and Larry Mroz '94 take a break from choir rehearsals to eat lunch on the Reed Lawn.     Creamery Ice Cream, sponsored by the Behrend Alumni Society and scooped by the Behrend Lion Ambassadors, was a favorite among guests. Everyone lined up to get served one of their favorite flavors including Death by Chocolate, Bittersweet Mint, Peachy Paterno, and more.     The Wine Tour is always a favorite among alumni. At Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Emily Artello ’03, Beth Ann Frederick ’02, and Carrie Egnosak ’03 take a break from sipping to smile for the camera.     During the tour, alumni are taken behind the scenes to see how the wine is made.     At Heritage Wine Cellars, some participants line up at the back counter to sample some wine, while Becky Snyder ’04, Marla Coble ’94, and Rick Bambauer ’93 look at some souvenirs.     Jean Nielsen ’00, president of the Behrend Alumni Society, toasts another successful Wine Tour. Cheers!     Dr. Jason Bishop, choral director, conducts the Behrend Alumni Choir at one of their rehearsals in the Smith Chapel. The Behrend Alumni Choir performed a concert at the reunion on Sunday after only three rehearsals over the weekend.     Saturday nights’ zoo dinner was an alumni favorite. Held in Bruno’s Café and hosted by Scott Mitchell ’84, president and CEO of the Erie Zoo, alumni, family, and friends all enjoyed the presentation.     Scott Mitchell ’84, president and CEO of the Erie Zoo, explains how snakes have gotten a bad “wrap” (pun intended) while carrying a 45 lb boa.     Terry Hess, zoo staff member, walks around the crowd with a hawk as Scott Mitchell explains birds of prey.     And Scott Mitchell didn’t forget to bring one of his favorite creatures, the hissing cockroach. Good thing none got loose during dinner!     Marla Coble '94 with daughter look on as Nate Coble inspects his new friend.     Behrend Pioneer Alumni Bill Roberge ’61, Shirley Roberge, Robert Amendola ’61, Jean Chambers Lloyd ’62, and John Lloyd ’62 take break from reminiscing to pose next to Bruno’s portrait.     Saturday night Behrend Alumni turned Bruno's into a night club during the Adult After-Hours Party with dance, drink, and poker.     Finishing up the weekend was the Alumni Brunch held on Logan House’s lawn. Behrend alumni, family, and friends did not go home hungry with a carving ham, quiche, muffins, and more.
