Bailey Named AMCC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week
Penn State Behrend's
Jenny Bailey (Corry/Corry) was named the AMCC Women's Cross Country Runner
of the Week on October 30. Bailey took first place in the AMCC
Championships at Lake Erie College on October 28. This is her third
AMCC Runner of the Week honor this season. The sophomore has finished
first for the blue in white in all five races this fall.
Aided by Bailey's impressive pace, the Behrend women finished in second
place overall at the championships with 39 points. Cross country now
looks to the Mideast Regionals held at Waynesburg College on November 11.
The NCAA Championships will take place November 18 at Ohio Wesleyan.
