Iams Named AMCC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week
Penn State Behrend's Andy Iams(Harrison City/Penn Trafford) was named
the AMCC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week on September 1, 2008.
This past weekend Iams led the blue and white to a second place finish at
the Fisher Invitational hosted by Westminster.
The junior posted a time of 28:05 to finish seventh overall.
Iams will look to continue his strong showing from this past weekend into
the rest of the 2008 seaon.
The men's cross country team will take a one week break from competition and
will be back in action when the Behrend Lions host the Penn State Behrend
Invitation on September 13.
