Behrend Starts Season Off With Pitt-Bradford Invitational Win
The
blue and white began the 2008 season with a solid performance by winning the
Pitt-Bradford Invitational on Saturday, September 13, 2008.
The Behrend lions shot a 314 to edge out Penn State Altoona by one stroke. Penn State Behrend was led by Joe Nelson who shot a 74 on the day.
The Behrend Lions will next be in action on Monday, September 14, 2008 at the Penn State Altoona Invitational. The blue and white will look to continue their successful start to their season at Altoona with another strong finish.
The Behrend Lions will host their
Invitational on September 25, 2008 at Peak-N'-Peek. The blue and white
will look to improve on their fourth place finish last year. Tee off
begins at 12:00 p.m.
