Aerobics and Fitness Classes

Classes will be held every Sunday through Thursday evening in the Junker Center Aerobic Room.  There will be various classes taught such as Boot Camp, Pilates and some dance aerobics classes.

Class schedules will be available around the first week of classes each semester.   They will be posted on the recreation bulletin boards, at the Junker Center Information Desk and on this web page...so check back here at that time for a detailed schedule of offerings.

Fees: Only $2.00 per class, charged to your student account. Semester passes are available for $20.00 in the Intramural Office, also charged to your student account.

Classes will begin about the second Monday of each semester.

Below is a list of some previous offerings and descriptions.

Boot Camp
Geared towards the more advanced student this class will pump you up and get you heart moving using strength moves as well as cardiovascular training. Class will also involve core strengthening, stair running, planks, pushups, etc.

Buns - Thighs - Abs
Focus on the three well known hard to get in shape areas.  You wil be doing cardio work along with strengthening activities.

Kickboxing
Get a full-body work while having fun kicking it up.

Pilates
Isolate, activate and condition deep core muscles while improving posture, flexibility and total body strength.
