Adam Potter Named Enterprise RENT-A-CAR Athlete of the Week

junior Adam Potter (Pittsburgh/Mt. Lebanon) has been named the
Enterprise RENT-A-CAR athlete of the week for the week of December 8, 2008.
Potter was instrumental in the Behrend Lions two conference
wins over the week. Potter led the blue and white to a 79-64 win over
Mt. Aloysius. Potter scored 21 points to lead the Behrend Lions.
Potter added two blocks and six rebounds in the win. Potter continued
to play well in a four point win over Frostburg State. Potter pulled
down seven rebounds and dropped 13 points. Potter is shooting 47% from
the field and 68% from the line while averaging 4.5 rpg.
The blue and white have started 2-0 in the AMCC after beating Mt. Aloysius
and Frostburg State. The Behrend Lions will be back in action on
December 10 when they take on conference foe Hilbert. Hilbert enters
the game with a 0-2 conference record and is 1-5 overall. Behrend will
then meet Pitt-Greensburg on the Junker hardwood on Saturday, December 13 at
3:00 p.m.
