Behrend in AMCC Soccer Action
Penn State Behrend lost 1-0 in overtime to Lake Erie on
Wednesday, October 5 on the Behrend Fields.
Behrend could not find the back of the net in more than 94 minutes of play although they out shot the Storm 16-8. Lake Erie's Justin Rraya scored off of a direct kick 5:18 seconds into the overtime period. With the win LEC improves to 3-0 in the AMCC and 5-4-2, while Behrend falls to 7-3 overall and 2-2 in league play.
Six of the Behrend Lions next seven games are against league opponents. This Saturday they travel to Greensburg, PA, to play the Bobcats (0-4, 0-10) for a 3:00 p.m. match before hosting Pitt-Bradford (1-2, 2-10) on Tuesday, October 11 at 4:00 p.m.
