Michelle Newland Leads Behrend Women to Victory

The Behrend Women's soccer team beat conference rival La Roche 4-1 this Saturday, October 1st to gain their third consecutive victory.  The women are now 7-2-1 and 3-0 in the AMCC. 

Leading the way against La Roche was number 9, Michelle Newland (Glenshaw/Fox Chapel) who scored three of Behrend's four goals.  Kara Struski (Meadville/Meadville) also had a big game with a goal and an assist.

The blue and white play again on Wednesday, October 5th with another in-conference game at home against Lake Erie.
