Behrend's Kayla Frost Picks up More Honors

Penn State Behrend's Kayla Frost (Venetia/Peters Township) picked up two honors this week as she was selected as the ECAC Mid-Atlantic Defensive Player of the Week and the AMCC Goalkeeper of the Week on October 2.  The freshman goalie conceded just one goal in two AMCC victories for the blue and white over Medaille and La Roche.  Frost was also named the AMCC Goalkeeper of the Week on September 11.

The Behrend Lions have won all three conference matches they have played this fall and in those games have outscored opponents 17-1.  Frost currently leads the AMCC in save percentage (.873) and is second in goals against (0.83).

Women's soccer travels to Lake Erie on October 3 for an AMCC contest at 2pm.  Behrend is currently 6-3-1 overall and the Behrend Lions have won their last three games.
