Computer Resource Requirement Form
Important Change!
Due to the upcoming relocation of the School of Engineering and Engineering Technology and the Sam and Irene Black School of Business, ad-hoc computer lab reservations for those facilities are being handled by the respective school's office staff. Please contact them for more details and lab availability. If scheduling conflicts should occur with the REDC computer labs, the Computer Center labs may still be reserved by SEET and the School of Business. For information about the availability of the labs in the Computer Center, please contact the manager of IT Support Services (ext. 6410).
In addition, there will be changes involving the Computer Center labs which are available for reservations. Some of the former labs in the Hammermill and Benson buildings have been replaced by other labs in Hammermill, Nick, and Witkowski buildings. Please see the end of this form for a complete list of labs which may be reserved.
Instructions
Faculty, if you plan to have your students use the Computer Center's resources, please complete the Computer Resource Requirement form. (The form must be submitted two months prior to the semester for which you need the resources.) You do not need to complete this form if labs for this course have been reserved through the Registrar.
This form may be completed electronically (see below) or by requesting a paper form from the staff assistant in the Computer Center. If you have any questions about completing the form you can contact the staff assistant (ext. 6018). If you have questions about the computer labs or computing resources, contact the manager of IT Support Services (ext. 6410).
