Nomination forms must be submitted to the Chancellor's Office by March 19, 2008.

   
Provide a brief statement that explains why the instructor should receive this award.  Nominators may wish to comment on the methods of instruction, organization of content, provision for student participation, attitude of instructor, availability outside of the classroom, encouragement of independent thinking, or communication of a body of material.  Nominees are generally all excellent teachers, so an effective nomination will articulate and explain the qualities that make this instructor genuinely outstanding.
