Aspirations is a Penn State outreach program
that links grade school and university
professors and researchers. High Aspirations
has been designed to help students achieve
their full academic success, while helping
teachers create a new curriculum that
will benefit all students.
You
will find information on future careers,
links to fun classroom activities, possible
job opportunities, and different ways
to teach grades K-12 at this site. Some
of the topics covers include:

media shape gender roles

girls start to lose interest in some
