Young People’s Chorus of Erie Open Audition Schedule
The Young People’s Chorus of Erie has added two additional audition days for singers ages 7 to 18:
Thursday, November 13, 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Paul, 134 W. 7th St., Erie—Please use W. 7th Street entrance.
Thursday, December 11, 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Paul, 134 W. 7th St., Erie—Please use W. 7th Street entrance.
No prepared materials are needed. Children will be asked to sing “Happy Birthday to You” or a similarly familiar song.
Please call 814-898-6789 to reserve an audition time. The Saturday, November 8, audition schedule is filled; no more appointments will be taken that day.
The Young People’s Chorus of Erie, a new youth outreach program in residence at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, will begin rehearsing and performing in January 2009. It is the first affiliate choir of the Young People's Chorus of New York City.
