International Students
The college takes great pride in its growing population of international students. The Office of Educational Equity & Diversity Programs serves as the primary source of information and assistance to these students by monitoring and guiding students through all needed documentation, referrals to campus and community resources, and the coordination of the international student orientation. The office also connects students to activities and student organizations that promote cross cultural interaction and awareness.
At Behrend we understand the challenges that international students face as they adjust to a new culture and environment. Through a personal communication style we strive to make their experience a positive and rewarding one. We value their presence on our campus and view it as an opportunity for other students and the campus community to learn about the world and others.
